On December 2nd, the 40 millionth TEUs of Ningbo Zhoushan Port in 2025 were successfully lifted, marking Ningbo Zhoushan Port as the third port in the world and the second domestic port with an annual container throughput exceeding 40 million TEUs, after Shanghai Port and Singapore Port. Since the beginning of this year, departments such as Ningbo Zhoushan Port Group and Ningbo Customs have continued to leverage the advantages of integrating open ports with Zhejiang Ocean Port. Through measures such as optimizing route layout and promoting customs clearance facilitation, they have improved the connectivity inside and outside the port, and promoted the continuous improvement of port production operations.
