Beijing, November 5 (Xinhua) -- The Tariff Commission of the State Council announced on November 5 that in order to implement the consensus reached in the China US economic and trade consultations, and in accordance with the basic principles of international law such as the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and with the approval of the State Council, the tariff measures stipulated in the Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Some Imported Goods Originating in the United States (Tariff Commission Announcement No. 2 of 2025) will be suspended from 13:01 on November 10, 2025.
