Hebei Baoding Fresh Eggs Achieve First Supply to Port

Recently, after passing the inspection and quarantine by Baoding Customs under Shijiazhuang Customs, 1.13 tons of fresh eggs produced by Dingzhou Chenglu Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. have been successfully transported to Hong Kong and cleared through customs procedures. This is the first time that poultry and egg products from Baoding have entered the Hong Kong market.
It is reported that a total of 50 fresh eggs, 18000 pieces, were supplied to Hong Kong this time, produced from large-scale breeding bases in Dingzhou area. This batch of products adopts non antibiotic breeding technology and is rich in selenium elements. After laboratory testing, it fully meets the food safety standards in Hong Kong. In recent years, relying on favorable ecological conditions, the Dingzhou region has vigorously developed standardized poultry and egg farming, forming an industrial chain that integrates breeding, processing, and sales, laying a solid foundation for the export of agricultural products.
Baoding Customs implements precise assistance for "one enterprise, one policy" and supports enterprises in opening up port supply channels through full process guidance. In terms of quality and safety control, customs officers go deep into breeding bases to provide one-on-one technical guidance, helping enterprises establish a full chain quality control system covering breeding environment, feeding management, disease prevention and control, and product traceability; In terms of customs clearance facilitation, the opening of a "green channel" for agricultural product exports, providing measures such as appointment inspection, rapid testing, and "instant reporting and signing" of inspection and quarantine certificates, has increased the overall customs clearance efficiency by 70%.
The customs have provided us with great support from policy interpretation to practical guidance, and the facilitation measures have enabled products to arrive at the port quickly and safely, "said Liu Shengjun, General Manager of Dingzhou Chenglu Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The successful supply of the first batch of products to Hong Kong has enhanced the confidence of the enterprise, and the next step will be to continue expanding overseas markets.
Zhang Quanbao, Deputy Director of Baoding Customs, stated that in the next step, the customs will continue to focus on the export demand of characteristic agricultural products, launch customized support measures in facilitating customs clearance, and carry out precise policy promotion and technical standard guidance to help more high-quality agricultural products enter the international market, effectively injecting customs momentum into the development of local open economy.
