Sanming Customs Promotes the Successful Implementation of Sanming's First Cross border E-commerce Business

Recently, a container truck loaded with clothing, hardware accessories, and other goods slowly entered the Sanming Cross border E-commerce Customs Supervision Center. After being inspected and released by Sanming Customs under Fuzhou Customs, it was transferred to the Jinjing Operation Area in Pingtan Port, preparing to depart for Taiwan. This is the first cross-border e-commerce business in Sanming City after being approved as a comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce, marking the full coverage of cross-border e-commerce business in 9 prefecture level cities in Fujian Province.

It is reported that the construction of the Sanming cross-border e-commerce regulatory workplace will be completed by the end of 2025. In order to promote the successful implementation of the first cross-border e-commerce business in Sanming, Sanming Customs actively played its functional role, focused on the problem of enterprise checkpoints, went to the construction site to guide and hold meetings, carried out standardized establishment of customs supervision workplaces, interpreted cross-border e-commerce export policies, timely helped enterprises streamline customs supervision requirements and clearance processes, and provided escort for Sanming City to achieve "zero breakthrough" in new cross-border e-commerce formats.

The smooth clearance of the first cross-border e-commerce business is a milestone in the development of new foreign trade formats in the revolutionary old areas of Sanming.
