The successful implementation of paperless application for the reduction and exemption of late fees for the first tax payment in Jiangxi province through the one-stop service has been achieved
Recently, Jingdezhen Customs, a subsidiary of Nanchang Customs, successfully completed the paperless application of the first tax late fee reduction and exemption in Jiangxi Province, marking the official entry of the tax late fee reduction and exemption business into a new stage of online processing throughout the entire process.
Relying on the "Single Window" of China's international trade, after logging into the system, enterprises only need to select the overdue fee payment certificate that needs to be waived in the "Payment of Goods Trade Taxes - Reduction of Late Payment Fees" module, upload relevant materials, and initiate the process. After the customs approval, the system automatically generates an electronic version of the "Customs Late Payment Penalty Reduction and Exemption Implementation Agreement" and completes the electronic seal signing online. The corresponding tax late payment penalty payment document is automatically deleted, achieving "one-stop operation and paperless process". Compared with the traditional processing mode, the paperless application of tax late fee reduction has achieved automatic data collection and online customs review and signature, significantly improving processing efficiency and bringing more convenience to enterprises.
The official launch and operation of this application is an important measure for the General Administration of Customs to deepen the paperless reform of customs clearance operations. Next, Jingdezhen Customs will actively utilize more achievements in smart customs construction, continue to deepen the "streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving services" reform, allowing more foreign trade enterprises to enjoy policy dividends and help create a more efficient and convenient business environment.
