Recently, Ningde Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) celebrated its first anniversary of customs operation. Over the past year, Ningde Customs has fully leveraged the platform role of the bonded logistics center (B-type) as an open economy, cooperated with local government departments to carry out investment promotion, attracted projects to land, and helped Ningde's outward oriented economy develop rapidly. According to statistics from Ningde Customs, there were 1888 shipments of goods entering and leaving the customs area in one year of operation, with a total import and export value of 67.7231 million yuan for the first line and 5.568 billion yuan for the second line.

The Ningde Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) will officially operate on January 3, 2025, becoming the first bonded logistics center in eastern Fujian and the fifth in Fujian Province. The center is located within the Ningde (Zhangwan) Lingang Industrial Zone, covering an area of 195.5 acres with a total investment of 410 million yuan and a storage area of 65909.05 square meters. It mainly constructs six functional zones: non-ferrous metal distribution area, container logistics area, circulation processing area, bonded warehousing area, inspection area, and supporting service area.

Since the operation of the customs clearance, Ningde Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) has focused on the layout of leading industrial clusters such as Ningde lithium batteries and new energy, strengthened coordinated development with industries in Ningde City, gradually released policy dividends such as "tax refund upon entry into the zone", successfully attracted 25 core enterprises in the industrial chain to carry out entry and exit business, further helped enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, and injected new momentum into the expansion and strengthening of leading industries such as new energy. At the same time, Ningde Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) has also attracted bonded warehousing businesses such as imported wine, gradually diversifying its business types.
