By 2025, the import and export value of foreign trade in Shenzhen's special supervision area will exceed one trillion yuan
In 2025, the foreign trade imports and exports of four special supervision areas in Shenzhen (Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Pingshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and Futian Bonded Zone) will exceed one trillion yuan for the first time, reaching 1000.18 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.
Consolidate the advantages of traditional industries and stabilize the basic foundation of foreign trade growth
Shenzhen Murata Technology Co., Ltd. is an electronic component manufacturing enterprise, and its core products such as chip ceramic capacitors and wireless communication modules occupy an important share in the global market. In recent years, relying on the location advantages and policy dividends of Pingshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, enterprises have built central warehouses in South China, and the demand for creating a full chain logistics system integrating production, warehousing, and sales has become increasingly urgent.
Pingshan Customs, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Customs, integrates and applies a "package" of preferential policies for enterprises, such as classified supervision of stored goods and direct transfer of stored goods within the storage area, to promote the rapid implementation and operation of Murata South China Logistics Center, based on the characteristics of enterprise group operation mode and high-precision electronic component products.
Previously, goods had to be stored and distributed in multiple warehouses, but now they can be completed here in one stop, reducing delivery time by 60% and operating costs by 20%, "said Shi Ying, the customs manager of Shenzhen Murata Technology Co., Ltd.
Deepening reform and innovation driven, activating new vitality for increasing efficiency in foreign trade
By the end of 2025, the "Shenzhen Hong Kong Automotive Express Plan" will officially land in the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone. This project is an important innovative achievement of Shenzhen Customs and Hong Kong Customs in promoting the connection of the Shenzhen Hong Kong mechanism, as well as an important measure of cooperation between the two customs in serving people's livelihoods and promoting trade convenience.
In the traditional mode, after domestic new energy vehicles are exported to Hong Kong, they need to be stored and wait for procedures to be processed, resulting in higher warehousing costs. To solve this practical problem, the customs of Shenzhen and Hong Kong work closely together, establish a normalized communication mechanism, jointly study and clarify business processes, share vehicle information, review materials in advance, solve the bottleneck problems in cross-border procedures, and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
Now, domestically produced and exported new energy vehicles that meet regulatory requirements can submit applications to Hong Kong Customs and relevant government departments for pre import review and vehicle qualification approval before actually leaving the Shenzhen special supervision area. New energy vehicles can be quickly registered upon arrival, saving over 70% of their stay time and storage costs compared to traditional models.
Deeply cultivating the "bonded+" business model and creating a new engine for improving foreign trade quality
In the Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the bonded maintenance business mainly focused on high-tech products is showing a thriving development trend.
Xiechuang Data Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Yantian Branch is a bonded maintenance enterprise located in Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, mainly repairing memory modules, solid-state drives, database servers, etc. Under the guidance of Meishan Customs, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Customs, the enterprise has built a "smart factory" in the Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, achieving precise inventory management and efficient maintenance, and rapidly increasing the volume of bonded maintenance industry in the zone.
Shenzhen Customs will closely follow the advantages of opening up in special areas, continuously deepen institutional innovation, optimize regulatory services, cultivate business advantages, and strengthen customs support to build a new development pattern for services, promote the construction of a strong trading nation, and inject strong momentum.
