The total import and export value of Guangxi's foreign trade has surpassed the levels of 500 billion yuan, 600 billion yuan, and 700 billion yuan, reaching 756.39 billion yuan in 2024, an increase of 55.6% compared to 2020.

The import and export growth rates of emerging markets such as the Middle East and Africa are leading, with exports of 45.51 billion yuan and 41.24 billion yuan respectively in the first 11 months of 2025, an increase of 26.5% and 24.9% year-on-year, both significantly higher than the overall growth rate of Guangxi's foreign trade during the same period.

The hourly inbound and outbound flow rate has reached 240 vehicles, setting a new historical high; In terms of air transportation ports, the international cargo and mail throughput of Nanning Airport exceeds 70000 tons, and more tropical fruits and fresh seafood quickly reach the dining tables of domestic consumers. The ASEAN "4-hour air logistics circle" has basically taken shape.

The improvement of customs clearance speed attracts more freight vehicles to gather. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, Nanning Customs supervised 4.526 million inbound and outbound road transport vehicles, with an average of 905000 vehicles per year, an increase of 1.2 times compared to the 13th Five Year Plan period. By 2025, the daily average of vehicles will exceed 4300, which is more than double the number in 2020. Nanning Customs District has become the first in the country in terms of the number of international cross-border vehicles and the third in terms of the number of inbound and outbound vehicles.
