This batch of candies is the first pre packaged food exported through market procurement trade in Henan Province, marking another effective measure taken by Zhengzhou Customs to assist in the export of Henan's characteristic food. It will promote Henan to better leverage its dual advantages as a major food industry province and an important transportation hub, and further promote the high-quality development of foreign trade.
It is reported that through market procurement trade, enterprises can purchase goods in designated market clusters, and qualified operators can handle export customs clearance procedures at the purchasing location. At present, the maximum value limit of a single customs declaration for market procurement trade is 150000 US dollars, mainly serving small and medium-sized enterprises. It has the advantages of simplified declaration, convenient customs clearance, and exemption from value-added tax, which can effectively reduce the export threshold.
