Small noodles break into the big market - from January to October, the export of instant and fast cooked noodles in Fujian exceeded 300 million yuan

Instant or fast cooked noodles are highly favored by consumers worldwide for their convenience, speed, and diverse flavors, and the international market demand continues to be strong. Since the beginning of this year, various instant noodles produced in Fujian have performed outstandingly in the international market, becoming a new highlight of "Made in Fujian" food exports.
According to Xiamen Customs statistics, from January to October, Fujian Province exported instant or fast cooked noodles worth 319 million yuan, an increase of 0.32% compared to the same period last year, maintaining a steady growth trend. From the perspective of export markets, Europe is the main export market for Fujian instant noodles, with an export value of 212 million yuan from January to October.
Private enterprises play a leading role in the export of instant noodles in Fujian. Data shows that from January to October, the export value of instant or fast cooked noodles from private enterprises in Fujian reached 252 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.91%, accounting for nearly 80% of the total export value of such products in the province.
