Data shows that from January to November this year, Zhoushan Port completed 2523 repairs for international navigation vessels, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%, with a production value of 14 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.3%.

Since the beginning of this year, Zhoushan Daishan Changhong Ship Repair Co., Ltd. has repaired and modified over 200 ships, which is a vivid reflection of the booming development of Zhoushan's shipbuilding industry.

Since the beginning of this year, our company's business development trend has been good. In the third quarter alone, 66 ships were repaired and completed, a year-on-year increase of 13.8%, "said Wu Haicun, the production department manager of the company." This is due to the growth of industry demand and policy support. It is expected that the company's annual output value will increase by 400 million yuan this year, setting a record high in nearly five years

In order to promote the development of Zhoushan's characteristic marine economy and ensure the efficient operation of foreign ship maintenance business, Zhoushan Customs has implemented a "one-stop processing" mechanism for ship material supply and return, ship entry and exit, and fully implemented paperless customs clearance for inbound and outbound ships, realizing online processing of the entire process of declaration, review, and release, and bridging the "last mile" of approval. Open a green channel for "early declaration and rapid release" of important ship repair parts to ensure timely supply for ship maintenance. In response to the long cycle and diverse materials of green retrofitting business such as desulfurization tower installation and ballast water treatment system modification, we provide precise guidance on "one ship, one policy", establish an efficient customs clearance guarantee mechanism, and support the green and low-carbon transformation of the ship repair industry. Relying on the "center+on-site" remote inspection mode, intelligent and information-based supervision is achieved to ensure that material supply and return are "reported and inspected immediately, and handled as soon as they arrive".
