Guangzhou Post Office Customs seized 3055 grams of methamphetamine

Recently, Guangzhou Post Office Customs under Guangzhou Customs seized 3055 grams of methamphetamine in the inbound delivery channel.

During the supervision of imported mail, customs officers discovered that the machine inspection image of one imported mail with the declared product name "Baby Disinfector" was abnormal. After further inspection, it was found in the email that one bottle dryer sterilizer had a transparent tape attached to the top of the lid. Open the lid, there are 3 large bags of white crystals packaged in transparent plastic bags inside the sterilizer. The testing results of the technical institution showed that the white crystal contained methamphetamine and weighed 3055 grams.

Methamphetamine, commonly known as "ice", is a potent central nervous system stimulant with addictive properties. According to laws such as the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the Drug Control Law of the People's Republic of China, smuggling, trafficking, transporting, and manufacturing drugs, regardless of the quantity, should be held criminally responsible and punished.
