Thailand makes final anti-dumping ruling on aluminum extruded materials from China
On November 24, 2025, the Anti Dumping and Anti Subsidy Subcommittee of Thailand issued a notice, making a positive final ruling on aluminum extruded materials originating in China (Thai: สินค้าอะลูมิเนียมััดข้นรูป), ruling that China should be subject to anti-dumping measures. The involved products are subject to anti-dumping duties ranging from 5.12% to 21.94% based on the CIF price, with a validity period of 5 years. The details of the duties are as follows:
1. The manufacturer Guangdong Golden Aluminum Co., Ltd. accounts for 5.12%.
2. The manufacturer Guangdong Yonglong Aluminum Co., Ltd. accounts for 7.53%.
3. The producer Qingyuan XinYueYa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., exporter Guangdong Nanhai Light Industrial Products Imp.&Exp. Co., Ltd., and Splendor Aluminum Metal (Foshan) Co., Ltd. all have 7.63%.
4. Non sampled cooperative producers/exporters are both 7.09%:

(2) Manufacturer Press Metal International Co., Ltd
(3) Manufacturer Shandong Huajian Aluminum Group Co., Ltd

This case involves products under Thai customs codes 7604.10.10000, 7604.10.90000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.00, and 7610.10.90000. The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication.
On July 16, 2024, the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand announced that an anti-dumping investigation would be initiated against aluminum extruded materials originating from China upon application by domestic Thai enterprises.
