The US International Trade Commission has made a final ruling on industrial damage caused by the first double anti sunset review of ceramic tiles

On November 26, 2025, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make its first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of ceramic tiles imported from China, with a positive final ruling on industry damage: ruling that if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are lifted, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products in question to the domestic industry of the United States may continue or recur within a reasonable foreseeable period. According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping and anti subsidy measures in this case remain effective.
