The 8th China International Import Expo opened in Shanghai on November 5th. Georgian Prime Minister Kobahidze was deeply impressed by the open cooperation platform established by the CIIE. He stated that the CIIE has played an important role in promoting the development of various countries and building a more open and sustainable global economy, reflecting China's efforts to promote mutually beneficial cooperation among countries. China is an important trading partner of Georgia, and China's expansion of opening-up brings significant opportunities for the development of Georgian enterprises. In recent years, cooperation between China and Georgia has deepened in areas such as energy, transportation, and tourism. Georgia will fully leverage its geographical advantages, continue to deepen its strategic partnership with China, and strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

Serbian Prime Minister Machut said that the Serbia China Free Trade Agreement provides a huge opportunity to promote trade between the two countries, allowing more and more Serbian products to enter the massive Chinese market with a population of 1.4 billion. Serbia is willing to further deepen its "steel friendship" with China, continue to strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between Serbia and China, and promote bilateral cooperation. Serbia participates in the CIIE every year, and the scale of exhibitions is also increasing. This year's CIIE, Serbia will better showcase its economic and investment potential, with a focus on promoting products in areas such as food and tourism, and continuously expanding its market.

Nigerian House Speaker Tadadin said that the CIIE reflects the important role of trade crossing regional differences and building bridges between different countries, highlighting China's efforts to share opportunities and prosperity with the world. The development momentum of Nepal China relations is strong, and the two sides have achieved significant results in cooperation in areas such as transportation, communication, energy, and manufacturing. Slovenian National Council President Luttrich said that the CIIE is the world's first national level expo with an import theme, bringing together businesses and investors from around the world to exchange ideas, technologies, and create new business opportunities. Prince Ziab, the Special Representative of the UAE President, said that since the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, significant progress has been made in many important areas of cooperation, especially in the economic and trade fields. The Afghan side hopes to strengthen economic cooperation with China and looks forward to exploring new opportunities in fields such as technology, clean energy, industry, and logistics. He also said that the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" is in line with the UAE's vision of sustainable development and economic diversification. Under the framework of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, Afghanistan and China have jointly promoted project cooperation in infrastructure, transportation, energy and other fields, and look forward to working with China to open a more prosperous and progressive future.

He said that China is an important trading partner of countries in the global South, and the Industrial Development Organization appreciates China's granting of 100% tariff free treatment to all least developed countries that have established diplomatic relations with China.
