中国海关2025年前三季度知识产权执法情况

　2025年前三季度，全国海关共查扣侵权嫌疑货物2.2万批次、6290.3万件，海关总署审核通过知识产权海关保护备案2.02万件，办理知识产权海关保护总担保157件。

　　海关总署举办知识产权海关保护业务培训班，组织全国海关业务骨干参训，加强在知识产权侵权认定、案件行刑衔接、执法最佳实践等方面的交流，提升知识产权海关保护水平。

Intellectual Property Enforcement by Chinese Customs in the First Three Quarters of 2025

In the first three quarters of 2025, customs across the country seized 22000 batches and 62.903 million suspected infringing goods. The General Administration of Customs approved 20200 intellectual property customs protection registrations and processed 157 intellectual property customs protection guarantees.

The General Administration of Customs held a training course on intellectual property customs protection business, organized national customs business backbones to participate in the training, strengthened exchanges in intellectual property infringement identification, case execution connection, law enforcement best practices, etc., and improved the level of intellectual property customs protection.
