今年前三季度经“钱凯-上海”海运航线进出口货物达15.4万吨
钱凯港的正式投入使用引领着“钱凯-上海”新时代亚拉陆海新通道的开启，今年前三季度，上海海关累计监管经该航线进出口货物15.4万吨、货值39.7亿元。
近日，第八届中国国际进口博览会（以下简称“进博会”）首批海运展品搭载中远“鲁珀特王子港”轮从秘鲁钱凯港运抵上海洋山港盛东码头。该批展品包括羊驼玩偶、陶牛等手工艺品，共计764件，在上海海关监管下高效通关。这也是“钱凯-上海”新时代亚拉陆海新通道开通后，首次运载进博会展品。
“羊驼和陶艺品都是秘鲁钱凯的文化象征，我们想通过此次进博会更好宣传和推介秘鲁好物。希望未来能有更多来自秘鲁的商品通过‘钱凯-上海’航线走进中国市场。”该批海运展品展运公司上海国际展览运输有限公司总经理伊孝潇介绍说。
本届进博会将于11月5日至10日在国家会展中心（上海）举办，目前已有来自110多个国家和地区的3200多家企业确认参展，签约展览面积超过36万平方米，“老朋友”和“新朋友”纷至沓来，显示对中国大市场的坚定信心。上海海关所属上海会展中心海关提前摸排梳理展品清单，针对首次参展展商的困难诉求，及时通过进博咨询专窗指导企业采用“一次备案、分批提交清单”的方式办理海关手续，并通过“提前申报”“无纸通关”双保险，助力展品快速申报放行。
随着进博会开幕日益临近，载运进博展品的国际航行船舶将密集抵沪。“为保障进博会展品高效通关，我们设置进博会服务专窗，安排专人办理，实现全天候高效监管服务；及时掌握货物抵港动态，协调港区加派吊装设备与码头运力，确保进博会展品抵港后通关顺畅。”洋山海关综合业务一科副科长朱雪龙介绍。

The official operation of Qiankai Port leads to the opening of the new era of the Yala Land Sea new channel "Qiankai Shanghai". In the first three quarters of this year, Shanghai Customs supervised the import and export of 154000 tons of goods with a value of 3.97 billion yuan through this route.
Recently, the first batch of maritime exhibits from the 8th China International Import Expo (referred to as "CIIE") were transported by the COSCO "Prince Rupert Port" from Qiankai Port in Peru to Shengdong Port in Yangshan Port, Shanghai. This batch of exhibits includes 764 handmade crafts such as alpaca dolls and pottery cows, which are efficiently cleared under the supervision of Shanghai Customs. This is also the first time that the "Qian Kai Shanghai" new era Yala Land Sea new channel has been opened to transport exhibits into the Expo.
Alpaca and pottery are cultural symbols of Peru's Qiankai, and we want to better promote and advertise Peru's good products through this CIIE. This year's CIIE will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from November 5th to 10th. Currently, more than 3200 companies from over 110 countries and regions have confirmed their participation, with a contracted exhibition area of over 360000 square meters. "Old friends" and "new friends" are coming in droves, demonstrating their firm confidence in the Chinese market. The Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center Customs, under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Customs, conducted a preliminary investigation and organized the list of exhibits. In response to the difficulties and demands of first-time exhibitors, they promptly guided enterprises through the CIIE Consulting window to handle customs procedures through the "one-time filing and batch submission of lists" method. They also provided dual insurance of "advance declaration" and "paperless customs clearance" to assist in the rapid declaration and release of exhibits.
As the opening of the CIIE approaches, international shipping vessels carrying CIIE exhibits will arrive in Shanghai intensively. To ensure efficient customs clearance of the exhibits at the CIIE, we have set up a dedicated service window for the CIIE and arranged for dedicated personnel to handle it, achieving 24/7 efficient supervision and service. We will timely grasp the dynamic of goods arriving at the port, coordinate the dispatch of lifting equipment and dock transportation capacity in the port area, and ensure smooth customs clearance of the CIIE exhibits after they arrive at the port, "said Zhu Xuelong, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Business Department of Yangshan Customs.
