电子元件出口增势强劲

　　近日，在歌尔微电子股份有限公司生产车间里，智能化生产线高效运转，平均每0.1秒，就有一件智能传感器产品制造完成。这些产品经青岛大港海关监管后即将出口发往客户手中。

　　传感器可以说是连接物理世界与数字世界的桥梁。随着智能汽车、人型机器人等产业迅速发展，以及整个社会的智能化变革，智能传感器市场潜力巨大，我国企业敏感捕捉市场变化，及时做出战略调整。

　　“在巩固消费电子行业领先地位同时，我们快速切入了汽车电子、智能家居、工业应用及医疗健康领域，在声学、光学等零组件方面，持续加大资源与研发投入，推动产品与技术的系统性升级。”歌尔微电子股份有限公司制造部负责人朱玉东介绍。今年1-9月份，该企业在青岛地区出口的各类智能传感器产品总货值同比增长超100%。

　　电子元件成品出口一般采用真空包装，对通关查验环境和条件要求很高。为了保障电子元件安全出口，青岛大港海关通过推广使用“真空包装等高新技术货物布控查验模式”，将货物查验环节由口岸转移到企业生产车间。

　　“简单来说，就是企业申请海关批准后，进口该类货物时，将查验环节由口岸转移至企业，由目的地海关在符合拆装条件的环境中进行现场查验，既避免了环境对货物造成损害，又提高了口岸通关效率。”青岛大港海关副关长姜鹏飞说。

　　据统计，前三季度，山东省智能传感器等相关产品出口额达到1589.6亿元，同比增长17.7%。

The export of electronic components generally adopts vacuum packaging, which has high requirements for customs clearance inspection environment and conditions. In order to ensure the safe export of electronic components, Qingdao Dagang Customs has promoted the use of the "vacuum packaging and other high-tech goods control and inspection mode", transferring the goods inspection process from the port to the enterprise production workshop.

Simply put, after applying for customs approval, when importing such goods, the inspection process is transferred from the port to the enterprise, and on-site inspection is conducted by the destination customs in an environment that meets the dismantling conditions. This not only avoids environmental damage to the goods, but also improves the efficiency of port clearance, "said Jiang Pengfei, Deputy Director of Qingdao Dagang Customs.

According to statistics, in the first three quarters, the export value of smart sensors and related products in Shandong Province reached 158.96 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.7%.
