外交部：将同地区国家一道，推动构建更为紧密的中国－东盟命运共同体

当日例行记者会上，有记者问：最新数据显示，今年前三季度，中国对东盟进出口总值5.57万亿元人民币，同比增长9.6%，东盟继续保持中国第一大贸易伙伴地位，中国－东盟博览会等多项活动成功举行。在外部不确定性增多的背景下，中国东盟合作“逆势而上”，亮点纷呈。中方如何看待中国东盟合作？对当前中国东盟关系有何评价？

郭嘉昆说，中国与东盟国家地理相近、理念相通、利益相融，全面战略伙伴关系持续深化，为亚洲和世界发展注入稳定性和确定性。

郭嘉昆表示，中国东盟高层往来频密，政治互信巩固深化，融合发展的势头不断增强。双方高度重视发展战略对接，制定《中国－东盟全面战略伙伴关系行动计划（2026-2030）》。双方充分发挥优势互补，强化产供链融合与韧性，今年年内将正式签署自贸区3.0版升级议定书，为促进区域经济一体化进程和全球贸易注入更大动能。中老铁路、雅万高铁等平稳运行，提升互联互通水平，带动沿线经济发展。人工智能、数字经济等新兴领域合作方兴未艾，创新驱动发展开辟新前景。

郭嘉昆说，中国东盟文明交流互鉴的步伐日益加快。“中国－东盟人文交流年”活动蓬勃开展，教育、青少年、智库、媒体等领域合作成果丰硕。中国推出“东盟签证”，同新、泰、马三国全面互免签证，与文莱互予对方公民免签待遇。走亲戚般的往来，让心相通更加紧密。

郭嘉昆表示，中国东盟共同致力于维护地区和平稳定。中方坚定支持东盟在区域架构中的中心地位，支持以“东盟方式”解决好东盟内部问题。中方致力于同南海直接当事国通过对话协商妥处分歧，与东盟国家全面有效落实《南海各方行为宣言》，加快推进“南海行为准则”磋商，深化海上务实合作，共同建设和平、友谊、合作之海。
