多措并举巩固外贸稳中向好态势
10月15日,第138届中国进出口商品交易会(广交会)拉开帷幕。万商云集的广交会被视为中国外贸的“晴雨表”和“风向标”,是观察中国经济乃至全球贸易的重要窗口。从相关数据来看,本届广交会的展览面积、展位总数、参展企业数量均创历史新高。
另据海关总署10月13日最新数据显示,今年第三季度,我国货物贸易进出口同比增长6%,已连续8个季度保持同比增长。这份亮眼“成绩单”背后,是中国外贸通过持续的结构优化与业态创新,不断积聚新动能、开拓新赛道,展现出强劲韧性和澎湃活力。
我国外贸在复杂的外部环境下延续稳中向好的发展势头,实属不易。笔者认为,要巩固这一向好势头并不断实现新突破,各方可从以下三方面发力赢得长远主动,为外贸高质量发展注入持久动能。
一是深化业态创新,构筑数字贸易新优势。各地应持续支持跨境电商、海外仓等新业态发展,鼓励平台企业利用人工智能、大数据技术优化全球供应链与精准营销。同时,各方应积极参与全球数字治理,完善跨境数据流动机制与国际规则对接,为中国商品与服务“数字化出海”赋能。
二是聚力品牌培育,驱动价值链向高端攀升。各地应鼓励和引导企业加大研发投入,强化核心技术创新与设计能力提升,培育一批在国际上立得住、叫得响的“中国品牌”。通过提供品牌诊断、国际认证、知识产权保护等专业化服务,支持企业利用跨境电商平台讲好品牌故事,实现从“卖产品”向“卖品牌”“卖标准”的转变,全面提升中国在全球贸易价值链中的地位。
三是优化营商环境,激发市场主体内生动力。各地要持续落实稳外贸政策,提升通关、退税、融资等环节的效率,切实为企业纾困解难。同时,提升广交会等国际展会的辐射效能,强化其新品首发、趋势引领功能,打造“展贸联动”生态;运用数字化手段延伸展会服务,实现“线下参展、线上接单”的常态化运营;组织更多“小而美”的精准对接会,提升成交效率与合作深度。此外,要依托展会平台加强国际市场动态监测与行业风险预警,支持企业拓展多元市场,持续增强我国外贸活力。
中国经济的强大韧性与澎湃创新活力,为下一阶段外贸稳定发展提供了坚实支撑。各方应牢牢把握机遇,更高水平推动贸易强国建设迈出新步伐,为世界经济增长注入强劲动能。

Take multiple measures to consolidate the stable and positive trend of foreign trade
On October 15th, the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) kicked off. The Canton Fair, which gathers thousands of merchants, is regarded as a "barometer" and "wind vane" of China's foreign trade, and an important window for observing the Chinese economy and even global trade. According to relevant data, the exhibition area, total number of booths, and number of participating companies at this year's Canton Fair have all reached a historic high.
According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs on October 13th, China's import and export of goods increased by 6% year-on-year in the third quarter of this year, maintaining year-on-year growth for eight consecutive quarters. Behind this impressive "report card" is China's foreign trade, which has continuously accumulated new momentum and explored new tracks through structural optimization and business innovation, demonstrating strong resilience and surging vitality.
It is not easy for China's foreign trade to continue its stable and positive development momentum in a complex external environment. The author believes that in order to consolidate this good momentum and continuously achieve new breakthroughs, all parties can make efforts in the following three aspects to win long-term initiative and inject lasting momentum into the high-quality development of foreign trade.
One is to deepen the innovation of business formats and build new advantages in digital trade. Various regions should continue to support the development of new formats such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, and encourage platform enterprises to use artificial intelligence and big data technology to optimize global supply chains and precision marketing. At the same time, all parties should actively participate in global digital governance, improve cross-border data flow mechanisms and align with international rules, and empower China's goods and services to go global digitally.
The second is to focus on brand cultivation and drive the value chain to climb towards the high-end. Various regions should encourage and guide enterprises to increase research and development investment, strengthen core technology innovation and design capabilities, and cultivate a group of "Chinese brands" that can stand firm and be well-known internationally. By providing specialized services such as brand diagnosis, international certification, and intellectual property protection, we support enterprises to use cross-border e-commerce platforms to tell their brand stories well, achieve the transformation from "selling products" to "selling brands" and "selling standards", and comprehensively enhance China's position in the global trade value chain.
The third is to optimize the business environment and stimulate the endogenous motivation of market entities. Various regions should continue to implement stable foreign trade policies, improve the efficiency of customs clearance, tax refunds, financing and other links, and effectively relieve difficulties for enterprises. At the same time, we will enhance the radiation efficiency of international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair, strengthen its functions of launching new products and leading trends, and create an "exhibition trade linkage" ecosystem; Using digital means to extend exhibition services and achieve normalized operation of "offline participation and online order taking"; Organize more "small yet beautiful" precise matchmaking meetings to improve transaction efficiency and cooperation depth. In addition, we need to rely on exhibition platforms to strengthen international market dynamic monitoring and industry risk warning, support enterprises to expand diversified markets, and continuously enhance China's foreign trade vitality.
The strong resilience and innovative vitality of the Chinese economy provide solid support for the stable development of foreign trade in the next stage. All parties should firmly grasp the opportunity, take new steps towards building a strong trading nation at a higher level, and inject strong momentum into world economic growth.
