On the afternoon of October 29th, the Director General of the General Administration of Customs, Sun Meijun, met with the Russian Minister of Agriculture, Lute, and his delegation at the office. The two sides exchanged views on the implementation of the strategic consensus between the heads of state of China and Russia, deepening the cooperation between China and Russia in customs inspection and quarantine, promoting the mutually beneficial development of agricultural and food trade between the two countries, and reached consensus on jointly promoting the strategic docking of the "the Belt and Road" and the Eurasian Economic Union.
