Workers are accelerating the production of orders for cotton slippers, blankets, plush earmuffs, and other products for export to countries and regions such as South Korea, Australia, Europe, and America.
Bailex is deeply involved in the export of warm home textiles, with cotton slippers and blankets accounting for over 90% of its total exports. The enterprise has the ability to customize production, and in recent years, it has simultaneously cultivated independent brands, continuously enhancing the resilience of foreign trade development.
On the basis of flexible OEM, Bailex also focuses on building its own brand "Rogue Rabbit" and making efforts in the overseas high-end home textile market. With its delicate velvet texture, strong lock edge craftsmanship, and distinct IP image, independent brand products have gradually gained recognition from overseas customers, effectively enhancing product added value and changing the development model of enterprises relying solely on OEM orders.
In the first eight months of this year, our company's export value exceeded 40 million yuan. Overseas customers have given us good feedback on our customized thermal products and the independent brand of 'Rogue Rabbit'. There is a continuous stream of repeat orders, and the current workshop order schedule is saturated. To ensure the smooth export of warm home textile products, Cixi Customs under Ningbo Customs continues to optimize its origin visa services, conduct in-depth policy lectures and business guidance, optimize online declaration guidelines, shorten the processing time of origin certificates, and help enterprises smoothly complete the export clearance process. In the first eight months of this year, Cixi Customs issued a total of 137 certificates of origin for Bailex, with a visa amount of 23.504 million yuan, helping enterprises fully enjoy the benefits of the origin policy.
