From January to July, the import and export of Fuzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone increased by 199% year-on-year

From January to July this year, the total import and export value of Fuzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone was 4.751 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 199%; Bonded import and export amounted to 3.79 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 637.2%, becoming an important engine driving the growth of foreign trade in the Fuzhou region.

Since the beginning of this year, Fuzhou Customs has closely followed the work requirements of the General Administration of Customs' "Several Measures to Promote Capacity Expansion and Quality Improvement of Comprehensive Bonded Zones", focused on the development demands of enterprises, continuously iterated port supervision services, actively cultivated and strengthened new models and formats of foreign trade. In the national comprehensive bonded zone performance evaluation, Fuzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone's ranking has been raised by 11 places, and the bonded industry has achieved a "new speed" of high-quality growth.

Ensure the smooth operation of the bonded export business of "Made in Fuzhou" vehicles, establish a full chain customs clearance guarantee mechanism for vehicle exports, and tailor a "one enterprise, one policy" regulatory service plan based on the characteristics of business operation. From January to July, the declared export quantity of complete vehicles in Fuzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone reached 7300, with a value of approximately 1.085 billion yuan. Promote the official implementation of bonded repair services for photocopiers, achieving a breakthrough of zero bonded repair services in the Fuzhou Customs area. Relying on the "Customs Director's Door to Door Policy" and "Problem Clearing" work mechanisms, the customs actively coordinated and promoted the successful evaluation of AEO advanced certification by enterprises in the district, achieving a breakthrough of zero AEO advanced certification for the first time in the district. Implementing convenient measures such as "advance declaration and appointment inspection", the linkage between districts and ports realizes the closed-loop and efficient operation of the entire process of goods arrival, inspection, warehousing, and distribution, effectively reducing the logistics and customs clearance costs of enterprises.
