Fujian roasted eel fragrance ranks first in overseas exports in China

Recently, a batch of grilled eel products that have undergone multiple processes such as fine roasting, quick freezing and freshness locking, and sterile packaging have been supervised and qualified by Rongcheng Customs under Fuzhou Customs, and then transported to various parts of the world through cold chain transportation.

Eel is known as the "soft gold in water" and is a pillar industry of Fujian Province's characteristic advantageous aquatic products. It is also a shining "golden signboard" of Fujian's foreign trade. After years of deep cultivation and development, Fujian roasted eel has built a complete industrial system from ecological breeding to deep processing and domestic and foreign trade circulation. According to statistics from Fuzhou Customs, in the first seven months of this year, Fujian Province exported a total of 24100 tons of grilled eels, with an export value of 2.075 billion yuan, ranking first in the country.
