According to the latest statistics from Gongbei Customs, the total import and export value of the Zhuhai Highway Port (referred to as the Bridge Port) via the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge exceeded 200 billion yuan for the first time in the first half of this year, reaching 206.18 billion yuan, setting a new historical high for the same period and increasing by 43.5% year-on-year; Since the opening of the Daqiao Port in 2018, the cumulative amount has exceeded 1.5 trillion yuan, and the economic and trade integration in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area continues to unleash new vitality.

As a new form of foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce has a strong growth momentum. On the on-site e-commerce inspection platform, packages that need to be inspected are orderly transported to X-ray machines for "non-invasive inspection". Customs officers quickly verify the company's declaration information and machine images through screen comparison, improving the efficiency of package inspection and release. In the first half of this year, exports through the customs cross-border e-commerce management platform at the Daqiao Port amounted to 79.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66%.
