Since the beginning of this year, Changchun Customs has promoted the two-way linkage and efficient collaborative review mode of "system review+manual review" for certificates of origin, solving the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered by enterprises in declaration standardization, policy application, and processing efficiency. At the same time, classified supervision is implemented based on dimensions such as enterprise credit rating, declaration frequency, and past declaration error records. Targeted spot checks and pre declaration guidance are regularly carried out to eliminate errors, omissions, and false positives from the source, gradually improving the accuracy of enterprise certificate of origin declaration to 99%.
