Answer: On the evening of July 23rd Beijing time, the European side officially announced the 21st round of sanctions against Russia, listing 14 Chinese mainland and Hong Kong companies as sanctioned. In order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and in response to the above-mentioned heinous acts of the European side, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual use Items of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to include 14 EU entities, including the Lafayette Group, in the export control list, prohibit export operators from exporting dual-use items to the above-mentioned entities, and prohibit foreign organizations and individuals from transferring or providing dual-use items originating in the People's Republic of China to the above-mentioned entities.
