The customs system has sorted out the vehicle access regulations of countries such as Tanzania and Egypt, and promoted the precise connection between domestic second-hand car export standards and technical rules of African target countries. In the first half of this year, Jining exported 7003 second-hand cars to Africa, an increase of 80.3%.

If 'breaking through walls' is about allowing cars to go out, then AEO certification and digital empowerment are about making cars run farther and smoother. Jining Customs has established a key enterprise cultivation library, providing hands-on guidance to leading second-hand car export enterprises to obtain AEO advanced certification and obtain the international customs clearance "green pass". At the same time, the "electronicization" of export licenses enables enterprises to apply online and achieve paperless processes throughout the entire process. The combination of multiple favorable factors has led to the emergence of a new model of "overseas online ordering, domestic on-demand procurement, and rapid customs inspection and release". Some enterprises have increased their inventory turnover by 60%, and the entire export chain has truly "run".
