From Changbai Mountain to Central Asia, Jilin dried blueberries have gone abroad for the first time
Recently, a batch of dried blueberries with the scent of Changbai Mountain have successfully arrived in Uzbekistan. This batch of products worth 60000 yuan is not only the first overseas shipment of dried blueberries from Jilin Province, but also marks the official entry of characteristic agricultural products from deep mountains into a new track of exploring international markets.
Watching the smooth shipment of goods, the person in charge of Jilin Baishan Food Co., Ltd. was very emotional: "I used to be very uncertain about foreign trade, but I didn't expect the customs to provide attentive assistance throughout the process. The export was smooth, worry free, and effortless, which really helped us open up overseas sales channels." As a local small and micro agricultural food processing enterprise, the company has always wanted to explore overseas markets, but faced with complex export processes and strict international food standards, it once fell into a dilemma of not being able to start.
After understanding the difficulties faced by the enterprise, Baishan Customs took the initiative to visit and arrange for business backbones to provide one-on-one guidance, clarifying that dried fruit processed foods only need to be registered as production enterprises, without the need for orchard registration, accurately reducing the burden on the enterprise and avoiding detours. Through "one-time notification and one-stop coaching", we help enterprises quickly establish a compliant product quality and safety control system, reducing the filing cycle by 30%.
The customs clearance process is even faster and more efficient. Baishan Customs has opened a dedicated export window, implemented 24-hour appointment clearance services, vigorously promoted the "cloud issuance" mode of certificate review in advance, and issued certificates quickly, achieving immediate declaration and release of goods, firmly locking in the original ecological taste and quality of Changbai Mountain blueberry dried fruits through efficient customs clearance.
In recent years, based on local development reality, Baishan Customs has focused on the development of small and micro enterprises and foreign trade of characteristic agricultural products, and provided attentive assistance services. It has successively promoted the first export of Changbai Mountain characteristic products such as birch juice, tea beverages, and small molecule peptides. In the first quarter of this year, the export volume of food in Baishan City increased by 17.9% and 7.2% year-on-year, respectively.
Next, Baishan Customs will continue to deepen the precise assistance of "one enterprise, one policy", continuously optimize customs clearance convenience measures, open up foreign trade channels for characteristic agricultural products in mountainous areas, and enable more ecological goods from Changbai Mountain to go out of the deep mountains and be exported overseas.
