Recently, Longkou Customs, a subsidiary of Qingdao Customs, inspected a batch of lubricating oil declared for export through general trade and found that some of the goods had the "SHELL Shell" logo printed on their outer packaging. After counting, a total of 1600 barrels were found. Confirmed by the rights holder, this batch of lubricating oil infringes on the "SHELL Shell" trademark rights, and the rights holder applies for intellectual property customs protection. At present, the customs have lawfully detained the batch of goods.

According to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the customs shall protect the intellectual property rights related to inbound and outbound goods in accordance with the law. If the import or export of goods violates the intellectual property rights protected by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China, the customs shall confiscate the infringing goods and impose a fine in accordance with the law; Those who commit crimes shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
