Recently, during the inspection of a batch of exported foreign liquor by Beiliang Port Customs under Dalian Customs, customs officers found that the bottles were labeled with marks such as "Hennessy" and "GREEN LABIL", which were highly similar to registered trademarks such as Hennessy and GreenLabel registered in the General Administration of Customs' intellectual property protection system. The parties involved were unable to provide legal authorization documents and valid proof of source of goods, and were suspected to be infringing goods, totaling 60720 bottles. After contacting the relevant brand rights holders, it has been confirmed that this batch of foreign liquor is an infringing product. At present, the customs have lawfully detained the batch of goods. According to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the customs shall protect the intellectual property rights related to inbound and outbound goods in accordance with the law. Import and export of goods that infringe upon intellectual property rights protected by Chinese laws and administrative regulations will result in confiscation of infringing goods and fines in accordance with the law; Those who commit crimes will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
