Anhui equips 34 enterprises and institutions with 'foreign affairs managers'

On March 24th, the first Anhui Province Foreign Legal Service Salon, jointly hosted by the Anhui Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, the Provincial Department of Justice, and the Provincial Department of Commerce, was held in the Hefei Legal District to provide legal support for Anhui enterprises going abroad. The reporter learned from the salon that as of now, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office has equipped 34 enterprises and institutions in the province with "foreign affairs managers" to provide refined foreign affairs services for Anhui Province's advantageous industries and key enterprises.

According to statistics, since the 14th Five Year Plan, Anhui Province's total foreign trade volume has jumped to the 9th in the country and the 1860th in central China. More than 1400 Anhui enterprises have established overseas. The journey of Anhui enterprises from "product going global" to "industry going global" is getting farther and farther. It is reported that in recent years, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office has continuously optimized the guarantee of foreign-related legal services, innovatively carried out "one enterprise, one policy" and "one city, one policy", and equipped 34 enterprises and institutions in the province with "foreign affairs managers". At the same time, we will continue to carry out the "Sending Law to Enterprises" activity, promote cooperation in legal resources between Anhui, Hong Kong, and Macao, urge Hong Kong Yande International to sign a cooperation agreement with Hefei Legal District, and organize Macao legal associations to have discussions and exchanges with provincial judicial departments and lawyer representatives in Hefei Legal District.
