According to statistics from Ningbo Customs, the export of new energy vehicles at Ningbo Port performed strongly in the first two months of this year, with an export value of 7.33 billion yuan and an export volume of 62000 vehicles, an increase of 144.5% and 131.5% year-on-year, respectively.
During the same period, the total export value of automobiles at Ningbo Port reached 9.43 billion yuan, with new energy vehicle exports accounting for 77.7% of the total. New energy vehicles have become the core engine driving the growth of automobile exports at Ningbo Port, demonstrating strong resilience and vitality.
Specifically, the diversified layout of the export market has achieved remarkable results, with significant breakthroughs in the high-end market.
Data shows that the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and Brazil are the top three export markets, with export values of 2.14 billion yuan, 1.89 billion yuan, and 1.51 billion yuan, respectively. Among them, exports to the European Union showed explosive growth, with a year-on-year increase of up to 947%; The export value to Brazil increased by 153.5% year-on-year; The export value to the United Arab Emirates increased by 91.1% year-on-year.
