A high-quality business environment cannot do without the protection of the rule of law. Beijing will continue to rectify "internal competition" this year and increase efforts to clean up overdue payments to small and medium-sized enterprises; Improve the "diversified mediation+expedited arbitration" mechanism, implement flexible and convenient preservation measures such as online preservation and "live sealing and detention", improve the mechanism for enterprise exit, and increase efforts to rescue enterprises with restructuring value.

The reporter learned that Beijing has always attached great importance to comprehensively optimizing the business environment and has iteratively launched the nine version reform points to unleash development vitality.
