Customs at Daxing Airport seized drugs
Recently, the Daxing Airport Customs under the jurisdiction of Beijing Customs seized 25 pills of "ecstasy" (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine), 1 pack of drug "stamps" (lysergic acid diethylamide), 1 pack of marijuana seeds, 1 pack of items labeled with "CBD" (cannabidiol), and 1 box of hallucinogenic mushrooms.
During the supervision of inbound transit passengers by customs officers at Daxing Airport, it was discovered that a man and a woman had abnormal expressions and entered the customs supervision area without making a written declaration to the customs. The on-site customs officers immediately intercepted the two individuals. After unpacking and inspection, the on-site customs officers found 4 packages of suspicious drugs in the man's luggage and 1 box of suspicious drugs in the woman's luggage. According to on-site and follow-up department identification, the man was found to be carrying a total of 25 pills of "ecstasy" (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) with a gross weight of 25.1 grams, 1 pack of drug "stamps" (lysergic acid diethylamide) with a gross weight of 15.1 grams, 1 pack of cannabis seeds with a gross weight of 19.5 grams, and 1 pack of "CBD" (cannabinol) labeled items with a gross weight of 17.2 grams; The woman carried a box of hallucinogenic mushrooms with a gross weight of 50.9 grams.

According to relevant laws and regulations such as the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the Drug Control Law of the People's Republic of China, it is prohibited in China to smuggle or illegally buy, transport, carry, or possess seeds or seedlings of drug plants that have not been inactivated. Smuggling, trafficking, transporting, and manufacturing drugs, regardless of the quantity, should be held criminally responsible and punished.
