Precision Drip Irrigation 'Beneficial for Enterprises and Promoting Development through Local Cooperation'

On March 9th, Huangdao Customs under Qingdao Customs, together with the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Qingdao West Coast New Area and Xuejiadao Street, carried out a "targeted benefit to enterprises, policy direct" policy door-to-door preaching activity. During the event, customs officers combined core laws and regulations, through case analysis, policy interpretation, compliance guidelines, and other methods, to explain in detail common violations, punishment standards, and rectification plans. They also interpreted hot issues such as customs proactive disclosure policies, processing trade supervision, and port clearance facilitation measures that are widely concerned by enterprises one by one. The staff of the Industry and Information Technology Department introduced such enterprise friendly measures as ultra long term special treasury bond, special refinancing for technical transformation and equipment renewal.

At the event, representatives from various enterprises actively asked questions about practical business issues such as processing trade manual filing, scrap disposal, remote supervision filing, and enterprise AEO certification, including "What should be done if there is a time or amount inversion in the processing trade manual? Will there be penalties?" and "What legal responsibilities should be borne for storing or using customs supervised goods in non filing areas. Customs officers and staff from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology provide detailed answers one by one, establish an "enterprise demand ledger" for personalized needs raised by enterprises, and clarify the direction of follow-up services.
