Before the Spring Festival, the first duty-free shop in Zhejiang Province officially opened in Block A of Jiebai in Hangzhou. Citizens can enjoy a new duty-free shopping experience of "leisurely shopping in the city and convenient pick-up at the airport" in the core commercial district near West Lake.
Urban duty-free shops have broken the spatial limitations of traditional port duty-free shops and extended the shopping scene to the core business district of the city. Consumers can enter the store at any time within 60 days (inclusive) before departure with their outbound flight ticket order. The purchased goods will be delivered by vehicles to the airport quarantine area pickup point. Passengers can collect the goods with valid documents, boarding vouchers, and shopping vouchers upon departure, effectively solving the travel burden of carrying large items with them.
Since the launch of the project, Hangzhou Customs has established a dedicated team to tailor smart supervision solutions and optimize customs clearance and delivery processes from policy application, functional layout, regulatory processes to information system construction, providing professional guidance for enterprises throughout the entire process and cycle, effectively ensuring the compliance and efficient implementation of the project.
On the premise of ensuring effective supervision, the customs will continue to optimize intelligent supervision methods, support enterprises to improve their information systems and customs networking, enhance data transmission efficiency and delivery convenience, "said Zhou Guofang from Qianjiang Customs Comprehensive Business Department Three." Next, we will closely track the operation situation, dynamically guide enterprises to operate in compliance, and actively promote the introduction of more high-quality domestic products to help transform tourism traffic into consumer traffic
The person in charge of the store, Wang Beize, introduced, "We will actively connect with high-quality manufacturing enterprises and cultural brands in the province, gradually introduce high-quality domestic products with Zhejiang characteristics, and create an international duty-free consumption window that can reflect both 'Chinese quality' and 'Hangzhou charm'
The official opening of the first duty-free shop in Zhejiang Province not only provides better shopping options for outbound travelers, but also builds a new platform for local high-quality products to go global. (Ding Dong/Text)
