Alashankou Port has surpassed 7000 China Europe (Central Asia) trains this year

On October 12th, a China Europe freight train loaded with automotive parts, electronic products, and other goods slowly departed from the Alashankou port and headed towards Malaszewicz, Poland. This marks that the number of China Europe (Central Asia) trains under the supervision of Alashankou Customs has exceeded 7000 this year, breaking the milestone 45 days ahead of last year.

The improvement in efficiency is attributed to the reform of "smart railway ports+fast customs clearance in local areas". The original railway manifest is transmitted in advance before the goods enter the country, and the customs completes the document review, risk assessment, and control preset in advance. One time declaration of enterprise territory, one time review by customs, and full process clearance, achieving "one declaration, one order clearance, and full domain access". Real time synchronization of railway data covers the entire chain of arrival, inspection, and release, achieving a one-stop closed loop for customs declaration, inspection, release, and loading, without the need for secondary transportation of goods.

Relying on the continuous empowerment of the "smart port" construction, Alashankou Customs has implemented the reform of "smart railway port+local fast customs clearance" and "parallel operation" of railway comprehensive inspection field, improving the average efficiency of single train inspection by 70% and achieving "immediate release upon arrival"; Pioneering the joint supervision model of "port+unloading location" in Xinjiang, goods transported by train to the port only undergo basic safety inspections, and subsequent inspections are carried out in the enterprise unloading plant area, reducing customs clearance time by half; Relying on intelligent devices such as container inspection equipment and smart checkpoints, the inspection method for trains has shifted from manual boarding section by section to non-invasive intelligent supervision. The shortest time for a single train to board and inspect is only 10 minutes.

As of now, there are 130 China Europe (Central Asia) freight train routes passing through the Alashankou Port, which can reach 21 countries including Germany and Poland. They transport more than 200 types of goods including automotive parts and electronic products, providing solid support for building an efficient and smooth Asia Europe economic and trade channel.
