The meeting emphasized that central enterprises should deeply understand that developing the low altitude economy is a strategic measure to help shape new international competitive advantages, better support and safeguard national security, and an urgent need for state-owned enterprises to cultivate and strengthen new quality productive forces and open up the "second curve" of growth. They should effectively enhance their sense of responsibility, mission and urgency, and accelerate the construction of low altitude economy industrial clusters with international competitiveness.

As an emerging industry that is a key focus of national development, the low altitude economy has a high degree of uncertainty in market cultivation and technological breakthroughs. State owned and central enterprises need to take on strategic missions in industrial development, and serve as long-term capital, strategic capital, and resilience capital in the process of low altitude economy development. Liu Xingguo, Executive Vice President of the Industry Education Integration Research Institute at Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational University, said that central enterprises need to accelerate the cultivation of new economic growth points in the development of the new era, and the low altitude economy clearly meets the requirements of investment layout.

According to the prediction of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the market size of China's low altitude economy is expected to reach 1.5 trillion yuan by 2025 and 3.5 trillion yuan by 2035. Liu Xingguo believes that from the current industrial layout, many central enterprises have the industrial and technological foundation to accelerate the layout and development of low altitude economy, and can make great achievements in industrial development.

The meeting requires state-owned enterprises to adhere to local conditions, promote high-quality development of low altitude economy in a steady and orderly manner while strictly controlling risks and ensuring safety.
