This marks the official landing of the pilot project for the water to water multimodal transport supervision mode in Gongbeiguan District, and also signifies that Zhuhai Manufacturing has entered a new model of "one order to the end" by leveraging Hainan Free Trade Port to "go global".

In the traditional mode, when goods are transferred from inland or branch ports to international hub ports, enterprises need to submit documents, handle customs clearance, verification and other procedures multiple times at the place of departure and transit. Under the new mode, goods can achieve "one declaration, one ticket connection, and one box to the end".

As the first pilot unit in Gongbei Customs District, Gaolan Customs under Gongbei Customs follows up and guides throughout the process to ensure that enterprises smoothly complete the entire process of qualification filing, multimodal transport application form filling, electronic data transmission, and other operations. At the same time, a "green channel" will be opened at the customs clearance site to achieve rapid release of goods from the "origin".
