On September 25, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 53 of 2025, deciding to launch an investigation into trade and investment barriers related to China restrictions in Mexico. According to the relevant provisions of the "Rules for Investigation of Foreign Trade Barriers", the following work notice is hereby issued regarding the distribution of questionnaires and receipt of public comments and opinions on this barrier investigation:

To ensure the fairness, impartiality, openness, and transparency of this survey, the investigating authority now invites companies and business associations related to this survey to fill out the questionnaire. Other stakeholders and relevant members of the public may participate in the survey on a voluntary basis by submitting a comment form on the investigation of trade and investment barriers.

The relevant questionnaires and comment forms can be found on the "Trade Remedy Investigation Informatization Platform"（ https://etrb.mofcom.gov.cn ）Register and download, and submit through the "Trade Remedy Investigation Information Platform" within the prescribed time limit.
