2025年9月29日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度国内行业协会Indian Jute Mills Association (IJMA) 和A.P. Mesta Twine Mills Association (AJMA)提交的申请，对原产于或进口自孟加拉国和尼泊尔的黄麻产品（Jute Products）发起反补贴调查。本案涉及印度海关编码53071010、53072000、53101012、53101013和63051040项下的产品。本案补贴调查期为2024年4月至2025年3月，损害调查期为2021年4月至2022年3月、2022年4月至2023年3月、2023年4月至2024年3月及2024年4月至2025年3月。

India launches anti subsidy investigation on jute products from Bangladesh and Nepal

On September 29, 2025, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that it would initiate a countervailing investigation into Jute Products originating from or imported from Bangladesh and Nepal, in response to applications submitted by the Indian Jute Mills Association (IJMA) and A.P. Mesta Twine Mills Association (AJMA), domestic industry associations in India. This case involves products under Indian customs codes 53071010, 53072000, 53101012, 53101013, and 63051040. The subsidy investigation period for this case is from April 2024 to March 2025, and the damage investigation period is from April 2021 to March 2022, April 2022 to March 2023, April 2023 to March 2024, and April 2024 to March 2025.
