印度对马来西亚和泰国医用检查手套发起反倾销调查

2025年9月30日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度国内企业Navco Industries Pvt. Ltd.和Wadi Surgical Pvt. Ltd.提交的申请，对原产于或进口自马来西亚和泰国的医用检查手套（Medical Examination Rubber Gloves）发起反倾销调查。本案涉及印度海关编码40151200项下的产品以及40151100、40151900、40159030和40159099项下的部分产品。本案倾销调查期为2024年4月1日至2025年3月31日（12个月），损害调查期为2021年4月1日至2022年3月31日、2022年4月1日至2023年3月31日、2023年4月1日至2024年3月31日及2024年4月1日至2025年3月31日。

India launches anti-dumping investigation on medical examination gloves from Malaysia and Thailand

On September 30, 2025, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that it would initiate an anti-dumping investigation into medical examination rubber gloves originating from or imported from Malaysia and Thailand, in response to applications submitted by domestic Indian companies Navco Industries Pvt. Ltd. and Wadi Surgical Pvt. Ltd. This case involves products under Indian customs code 40151200, as well as some products under items 40151100, 40151900, 40159030, and 40159099. The dumping investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (12 months), and the injury investigation period is from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, and April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
