随着北半球即将入冬，取暖需求上升，各类保暖御寒产品成为近期出口热门商品。近日，一列满载暖风机、暖气片、电热毯等取暖小家电的中欧班列，经黄埔海关所属增城海关监管，从广州增城西站启程。约15天后，这批“中国暖”将抵达欧洲市场，为当地家庭送去温暖。
近年来，凭借高效稳定畅通的物流优势，中欧班列成为各类智能家电阔步出海的重要载体。“每年入秋后，各式取暖家电就成为中欧班列出口的热门产品。”广州交投国际班列运营管理有限公司副总经理李思强说。
为保障应季商品“通得快”，增城海关提供提前申报、预约通关等机制，保障班列即到即查、通关“零延时”。设置专人专岗，密切跟进和指导企业做好货源组织和班列进出口计划，实时关注班列通关状态，及时解决通关难点堵点。强化智慧监管赋能，利用监管场所智能卡口、远程视频、智慧监管平台等开展全程“嵌入式”监管，实现班列货物场内作业可视化监控，打造高效顺畅的班列出口通道。
此外，针对取暖小家电涉及的质量安全标准与认证要求，该关主动提供技术贸易措施咨询服务，帮助企业精准掌握欧盟CE认证等市场准入条件，严把出口质量安全关，确保符合目的地法规要求。
